Roles and Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into seamless user experiences.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency.
- Create intuitive UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.) with attention to detail.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from idea to delivery.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI-driven design tools, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate with dev teams.
- Knowledge of AI-driven design tools is a plus
- Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for typography, spacing, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
