Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and studying existing documents.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Documentation
- Proficient in crafting precise and lucid documentation, encompassing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Demonstrated expertise in wireframing using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, etc.
- Diligently uphold documentation integrity, ensuring continuous updates and relevance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand their needs, expectations, and constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within existing business processes.
- Propose and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness and meet strategic objectives.
Data Analysis
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business trends and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with data professionals to ensure the availability and accuracy of data required for analysis.
Solution Evaluation
- Assess proposed solutions against business requirements and objectives.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, providing valuable input to the decision-making process
Testing Support
- Collaborate with the testing team to develop test cases based on business requirements
- Assist in the validation of test results to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide regular updates on the status of requirements and any potential risks or issues.
User Training and Support
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support and address user inquiries or issues related to the implemented solutions.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
